Cancellation, Returns And Replacement Policies

You can cancel your order before the product has not been processed for shipment. Once cancelled, complete amount will be refunded for prepaid orders. Orders for Grainger products will not be cancelled once confirmed.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer's address 
In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on
Unavailability of products - In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled.
If the area in which customer is residing is not served by us or made Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.
Suspected fraudulent information.

We offer Return/Replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order. In the event that a damaged product is received, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility
Customer should intimate us within 7 days of receiving the order
If an item was delivered defective or damaged, it should be notified to the Customer Care team ( or @ 9818079220) within 48 hours from the time of delivery
Product should be unused. Not even once
Brand packing should remain intact
Invoice should be available
All the tags/labels should be available
Exempted/non-returnable items – electronic items such as Printers, cartages, tablets, testing/lab instruments, custom made products also those product which are mentioned as non-returnable in that product’s catalogue are not accepted for returns.
Returning a product
There are 2 ways to Return the product. One is to return the product to the courier partner sent by However, in some cases, Return service is not offered by our Logistic Service Providers. In all such cases Customer needs to send the product to us through India Post only and we will reimburse courier charges.
Steps to follow to Return a product
Customer should follow the below mentioned steps in order to Return any item.
Customer should intimate us through call/email within 7 days of receiving the order. Customer has to make sure that
A. The product is unused. Not even once
B. packaging should remain intact.
C. Invoice should be available
D. All the tags/labels should be available
We will raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once arranged our courier boy will come to collect the product within 2 business days.
Customer has to make sure that he packs the product in proper manner and paste the invoice on it.
Customer will have to handover the product to the courier boy.
Once picked up product will be sent to us by the courier partner.
Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 days time.
If any damage/defect is found from Industrybuying end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.
In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer.

Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 days time.
Incase, product doesn’t clear Quality inspection, we will re-ship the product to the customer and he will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges to send the product to us will be re-imbursed.
Other Terms and Conditions
Specific categories such as Electronics, Cartridges, Safety, Tyres, Electricals & Car-care are not eligible for Return also non-returnable items are clearly tagged in the catalogue itself.
Items bought under clearance sale will not be covered under Return policy.
Items sold as combo can’t be Returned individually.

Once cancelled, full amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
